Frequently Asked Questions
How fresh are the brownies and blondies?
All of our products are baked fresh in our dedicated brownie bakery kitchen in Whakatāne the day before they are shipped.
How long do they last?
Our brownies and blondies stay fresh for:
• 5–7 days in an airtight container at room temperature
• Up to 10 days in the fridge
• Up to 3 months in the freezer
They freeze beautifully — slice before freezing if you want easy grab-and-go pieces.
Ingredients and Allergens
Do you include allergen information?
Yes — every flavour has a full ingredient and allergen list.
All products contain gluten, dairy, soy, and egg, and are made in our dedicated brownie bakery kitchen where nuts are present.

Ordering & Dispatch
When will my order be shipped?
We bake weekly and ship all orders every Wednesday.
Place your order before midnight Sunday to be included in that week’s dispatch.
Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Not at this stage — all orders are dispatched on Wednesdays to ensure consistent freshness and workflow.
Can I place a custom order?
Sometimes!
If you need a larger order, corporate gifting boxes, or brownies for an event, please get in touch. Depending on our baking schedule, we may be able to help.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship with NZ Post Overnight Courier.
Most orders arrive on Thursday, though rural addresses may require an extra 1–2 days.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes — rural delivery is available nationwide.
Please allow an additional 1–2 days on top of overnight delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
If this changes in the future, we’ll share the news on our website and social media.
How are the brownies packaged?
Each box is packed securely with protective wrapping to ensure your brownies arrive fresh and intact.
Our brownies do not require chilled packaging during the delivery window.
What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and photos.
We’ll always do our best to sort it quickly.
Gifting
Can I send brownies as a gift?
Absolutely!
Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout.
We’re currently working on offering gift cards with personalised messages — so watch this space!
Product Questions
Can I choose my flavours in the mixed box?
Our flavour selections are set for all 4-pack and 8-pack boxes, including our mixed boxes.
This ensures consistent quality, balanced flavours, and smooth weekly production.
At this stage, we do not offer custom flavour combos.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Our brownies and blondies do not contain gelatine or meat ingredients.
However, we do not currently make vegetarian, vegan, or Halal claims.
